How long does private label manufacturing take?
Timelines depend on formula, packaging, label approval and order size. Private label projects are usually faster because the base formula already exists; ODM and OEM projects need more technical review.
What documents do cosmetics manufacturers provide?
Documentation can include product specifications, batch records, certificates, ingredient information, label review support and export documents depending on the market and product type.
Do I need custom packaging at launch?
Not always. Stock packaging is often better for first runs because it keeps MOQ and lead time lower. Custom packaging can be added once demand is proven.
